This wait time includes a waiting queue because of the large influx of orders we have.

LIFETIME WARRANTY on all GO Customs shafts!
As a carbon fibers specialist GO Customs designs and produce only high quality billiard shafts, GO Customs using only top quality carbon fiber is committed to the performance and durability of its products. To guarantee your investment, GO Customs offers a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If you encounter a problem that is deemed to be covered by the warranty, please return the product to us and we will solve the problem. Please note that this warranty does not cover problems due to deformation or misuse of the product.
Go Customs only warrants the first purchaser of the product, for as long as it is in his possession, which will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This lifetime limited warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to claimed defects resulting from:
1. normal wear and tear;
2. modification, improper use, abuse or improper maintenance; and / or
3. damages associated with improper storage of the product.
GO Customs Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized GO Customs dealers or from www.go-customs.com.
Requests for warranty services and assistance must be sent writing an e-mail to info@go-customs.com, which will be answered with the instructions on how to send the product.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer, together with:
1. evidence of original purchase and
2. a completed “Repair / Return Form”.
International customers must ship the products also directly to GO Customs at the address:

Upon receipt, GO Customs will review the alleged defect description, review the product and perform repairs and replacements as appropriate under this Lifetime Warranty. At the end of the service, GO Customs will return the product to the original purchaser, with pre-paid shipping from GO Customs. If it is established that the claimed defect is not covered by the Lifetime Warranty, the original purchaser will be contacted and offered a repair service, if applicable, or the product will be returned.

All declared weights have a tolerance of 1/3 grams / 0,035/0.07 oz
In order to guarantee performance and repeatability of the same, GO Customs guarantees the straightness of its shaft with a tolerance of ±0.3 mm / ±0.01″ inch
