Nick Van Den Berg Special Edition cues are build from Ebonite and Carbon Fibre. With this combination of materials and the special coring technology, we managed to give Nick an excellent feel and feedback of wooden cue and that great performance and action of GO carbon cue.
NVDB cues are very durable and like with all GO Cues and shafts you will have Life Time Warranty. NVDB cues are custom build and build to order, like all GO cues.
Ebonite is a brand name for a material generically known as hard rubber, obtained via vulcanizing natural rubber for prolonged periods. Ebonite may contain from 25% to 80% sulfur and linseed oil. Its name comes from its intended use as an artificial substitute for ebony wood.
Full carbon GO cues are very stiff and powerful and the performance is great, but you will have slightly less feel than for example wooden cues. But full GO carbon butt will also have less deflection than wooden butts.
Ebonite cues are cored with carbon core and in combination with our coring technology, you will have same power and performance as a full carbon cues but the feel and feedback of a wooden butt.
